We welcome residents who require personal care, behavioral support, and skilled supervision in a safe and nurturing setting. Our admissions process is guided by collaboration with families and the San Diego Regional Center.

Who We Serve
- Ages 18–59, male or female
- Non-ambulatory or limited self-care ability
- Nonverbal residents welcome
- Medically stable, including conditions such as:
- Seizures, cerebral palsy, blindness, or deafness
- Severe physical handicaps or scoliosis
- Insulin dependency, catheter care, or use of inhalation-assisted devices
- Stage 1–2 dermal ulcers
- Behavioral Support Needs
Behavioral Acceptance Criteria
- Aggression (biting, hitting, or pinching)
- Self-injury (head banging, scratching, or self-biting)
- Tantrums, non-compliance, or verbal outbursts
- Wandering or incontinence
- Inappropriate or self-stimulating behaviors
- Property destruction (mild/moderate)
- Pica (limited) or fecal smearing
- Special diets and sensory needs
Admission Process
Referral & Intake:
We coordinate directly with SDRC and families to begin the intake process.
Pre-Placement Visit:
Prospective residents are encouraged to visit the home, meet staff and residents, and experience our environment.
Assessment & Transition:
Our team develops an individualized plan and provides full support during the transition into the home.
Ongoing Support:
Residents receive quarterly and annual reviews to ensure their goals are met and their needs evolve with care.
